These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of duhohome.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from DUHO ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and dimensions accurately. Colors may vary depending on your screen and lighting, and woven and textured fabrics may show natural variation. Sizes are approximate. These variations are not defects.

3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. PAYMENT
Payment is due at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

5. SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks your package as delivered. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as described in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the Refund Policy.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not shipped. After that, the order is final.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The DUHO name, logo, designs, text, images, and video on this Site belong to DUHO or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to collect data.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUHO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
