What sizes are available?
Our cushions come in two sizes: 18" × 18" square and 12" × 20" lumbar. The size is listed on each product page.
Is an insert included?
Yes. Each cushion comes with a lightweight insert.
How do I care for my cushion?
Machine wash at 30°C (86°F). Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Always check the care label on your piece.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 on all U.S. orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days within the U.S. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Why does my cushion arrive compressed?
We pack each cushion compactly to protect it and reduce waste. Unpack it, fluff it, and give it a few hours to return to full shape.
Can I return or exchange a cushion?
No. All sales are final. We replace or refund only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within 3 days of delivery with photos. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped.
